It was weird... I'd been looking forward to this trip for many months and as I was leaving Guadalajara and my friends behind I felt sad and at the same time nervous, exited, joyed... Ahhhh many feelings just went through me at that very moment... After a few miles on the road I pulled over and just had to snap out of the state of mind I was in and get back on my feet, all there is now is just the road, my bike and me... I had to continue and leave behind the fear that had just wrapped around me. To all you spanish speaking people here's a great definition to the word fear in spanish:

No tengas miedo!!! )
Now don't get me wrong, I am not a religious person...
Anywayzzzzz continuing on the story of my trip. I rode pass Tlajomulco de Zuñiga without a problem, there was a bit of traffic and the locals just stared at me as if I had just arrived from Mars. I guess not very much often you see motorcycles all packed even with extra gas canisters... From there I headed towards Santa Cruz de las flores, the weather was just great not too hot and not too cold just perfect. I continued on that same road passing San Isidro Mazatepec I had been riding for sometime now reaching speeds of 90kph the road was all to myself, just a car here and there finally i arrived at Tala from there I asked for direccions to a road that would take me to Tepic Nayarit...
I don't know what happened but for about an hour ride after leaving Tala I noticed that I was going the wrong way, so I stopped at a gas station and asked again for directions.... hahaha what a dumb ass I am, had to ride back to Tala...
